Born and raised in Vietnam, Trinh discovered her love for hairstyling at a young age. With a pair of scissors and a dream, she began honing her craft in local salons before moving to the United States to pursue her passion on a bigger stage. Her journey was not easy — starting over in a new country, learning a new language, and building a business from the ground up took incredible determination and heart.

In San Leandro, California, Trinh turned her vision into reality by opening Hair No. 1 Salon — a place where clients could not only transform their look but also feel at home. From classic cuts to modern styles, Trinh's approach is always personal. She listens carefully, works skillfully, and treats each guest with the care and attention of family.

Over the years, Trinh has built a loyal clientele, many of whom have followed her for decades. Her deep understanding of hair textures, styles, and techniques — combined with her warm personality — makes every appointment an experience, not just a service.
